When I think of connection, I think of one thing….FAMILY. Family comes first…always. I want to provide a safe, judgement free, open environment for my kids to grow up. We are just now entering a different world with our now 7 year old where questions/problems/answers are harder in every aspect. We want to build trust, understanding, confidence and empathy. We want for them to feel seen, heard, valued, and understood. Who knew being a parent was so complicated! It takes so much thought, time, and energy. But…..

Connection is key to building meaning relationships. More than anything, I want a meaningful and long lasting relationship with my kids. My mom is my best friend and talk to her almost daily. I cannot even begin to think of a world without her. With all my might, I hope to build that with my own children.
