I am so excited to be blogging this month! I’m a high school digital photography teacher and to say I’ve been busy re-writing curriculum is an understatement! The last time I blogged with Share Six is July of 2020. I feel like we are getting back to normal in the schools and I am finally done re-writing my curriculum! I am so very excited to not only join in on this months blog circle but also on a monthly basis from here on out. I have not been shooting much during the pandemic and it sure did feel good to get back into it!
It was my turn to pick this month’s theme and I chose frozen because the mid-west was in the middle of a deep freeze. Perfect right? Ha, well, by the time I took my pictures everything was thawed out. So I had to think a little harder what to take pictures of this month. Chief, our 2 year old lab mutt, LOVES ice. I mean, its one of the only things he gets for. treat since he is allergic just just about everything. And ice is FROZEN! With a little help from my daughter we had fun giving Chief some ice treats! Here is our frozen ice story…
Thank you for joining us for another month at Share Six. I am part of a group of photographers who blog 6 images on the 6th of each month with unique monthly themes. Please continue around the circle by clicking HERE to see how the extremely talented Elizabeth Willson interpreted this month’s theme.
Join us for this month’s theme by posting your FROZEN images on our Facebook page at Share Six and to our Instagram gallery, by tagging #sharesix and #sharesix_frozen. A new theme will come out on April 6th.
Sharleen StuartKathy I am so glad that you are back with us. Last year was definitely a hectic year for all of us. I love that your dogs gets ice treat. All my cats like to do is push the ice around on the floor. I love that you incorporated your daughter as well.
